Yes, the MB Sturgis Propane Pigtail w/ Back Check # 100575-12-MBS has the connections needed for both the regulator and the propane tank on your 2021 Grand Design Imagine 22MLE travel trailer.
If you wanted to get a pigtail longer than 12" (to ensure you aren't placing pressure on that joint) then I recommend checking out part # 100575-20-MBS which is the same thing just with a 20" length instead of a 12" length.

The most common grease seal for a 3,500 lb axle is the # 58846 with a 1.719" inner diameter and 2.565" outer diameter. For a pair you would need the # RG06-050.

I confirmed this information with Furrion as they have several different models which are able to use many of the same parts. The top assembly is currently the only way Furrion offers the glass top. - Since your axles are round it's actually best to measure with a set of calipers # PTW80157 instead of a tape measure, as you have to kind of eyeball and guess what the actual measurement is. Based on the picture you provided I can see you're under 3" so you would have a 2-3/8" axle unless you had some homemade axle, but I'm assuming with the age of the trailer that you're the original owner from the factory so that wouldn't be the case.
For 2-3/8" axles you'll need the CE Smith U-Bolt...

Bearings- # L44649 outer bearing and # LM67048 inner bearing
Races- # L44610 outer race and # LM67010 inner race
Grease Seal- # 58846
